Payments, Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Payments

• Payments processed through payment gateways are subject to their terms & security policies. Sushrut Arogyadham is not responsible for transaction failures, unauthorized access, or payment disputes.

2. Consultation Fees

• All payments for consultations and treatments are non-refundable.

• Appointments can be rescheduled with 24 hours' prior notice. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.

3. Wellness & Treatment Packages

• If a package has not yet started or arrangements for the package has not been made, a partial refund may be available.

• No refunds will be issued once treatments have commenced.

4. Ayurvedic Medicines & Herbal Products

• Due to health and safety regulations, products cannot be returned or exchanged.

• Damaged products may be replaced upon verification.

5. Refund Exceptions

· Refunds may be granted at our discretion in cases of:

1. Medical emergencies (proof required).
2. Service unavailability due to unforeseen circumstances.
